We are a seasoned and versatile law office serving diverse
legal needs, particularly in business litigation, business transactions, and
intellectual property matters. Established in 1994, the practice has a
solid reputation for quality, and values long-term client relationships. We also help launch new new businesses with fees designed to be affordable for the business formation phase. We often remain as general outside counsel to businesses we help off the ground.
Andrew J. Felser has three decades of experience with litigation and
transactional matters in various states and in foreign countries. He brings to each case a
broad perspective that comes from having represented clients from all
walks of life and almost every field of law over the course of his
career.
He obtained
his bachelor's degree in International Economics from the Georgetown
University School of Foreign Service and graduated from the University
of Maryland School of Law in 1981. He is licensed in Colorado and
Maryland and maintains an inactive license in the District of Columbia.
He is admitted to the bar of various federal courts including the
United States Supreme Court. In addition to maintaining his full-time practice, he taught in the
Lawyering Process Program at the University of Denver College of Law
from 1998 to 2007, and he serves as an arbitrator for the Colorado Bar Association Legal Fee Arbitration Committee. When time
permits (or is forcibly taken) he is a creative writer, performing
song-writer and musician.
